Sherif Shaker joined PFI asset management in June 2024 as Head of Fixed Income desk.

Sherif has over 15 years of extensive experience in Fixed income & Money market

Prior to joining PFI Asset Management, Sherif Shaker held the position of Director – Head of Fixed Income & Money Market at Beltone Asset Management, managing 26 mandates for a list of clients ranging from large government institutions, foreign insurance companies, public and private banks with assets under management of EGP 15.5 billion.

 Shaker was a Senior Investment Manager at CI Asset Management and was responsible for managing all fixed income and money market portfolios and funds with assets under management exceeding EGP 9 billion. Funds under his management had consistently outperformed all respective peers and held the top ranks in Egypt for several years and over different time horizons.

Sherif Shaker is a Certified Portfolio Manager, and holds a bachelor degree in International Business Administration from University of New Brunswick – Fredericton, Canada in 2007.
