Amgad Feriga is the Chief Operating Officer of PFI for Asset Management. He brings over 27 years of experience in asset management, mutual fund and portfolio management, fund administration, bookkeeping, and brokerage in the MENA region and foreign markets. His knowledge spans diverse areas of business, including but not limited to incorporation services and compliance with financial regulations.
Prior o PFI for Asset Management, Feriga led a 27-year tenure at Prime Holding Group, serving in his latest roles as the Chief Operating Officer of Prime Asset Management and Non-Executive Chairman of the Board at Prime Wathaeq. Amgad Feriga joined the Prime Holding Group in 1997 and has since served in various managerial roles across the Group’s subsidiaries. He started off his tenure as Head of Operations, Prime Asset Management where he was responsible for establishing and managing funds. In 2005, he led the strategic expansion of Prime’s brokerage arm into the UAE market in his capacity as Head of Operations, before returning to the Cairo headquarters in 2009 to head the operations of Prime Securities.
Feriga is an Ex-KPMG (Hazem Hassan) auditor with 7+ years’ auditing and accounting experience. He is a graduate of Cairo University in 1987 and is a member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors (ESAA).
